Qualifications

• 1+ years of banquet service or F&B experience in luxury hospitality.
• Current New Mexico Food Handler and Alcohol Server certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver impeccable service for all group and social catering events, on-property or off-site.
• Maintain heightened awareness and presence in service areas to create memorable experiences.
• Execute refined event setup and breakdown meeting Four Seasons standards.
• Foster open communication within the banquet team for flawless coordination.
• Serve as a confident problem solver in guest interactions.
• Accommodate special requests and resolve guest concerns with efficiency.
• Assist guests with inquiries about hotel services, hours, and events.
