Job summary
Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe seeks a Regular/Part-Time Guest Experience Specialist to deliver luxury hospitality with a personal touch. Use authentic local knowledge to exceed guest expectations and ensure seamless service across guest interactions, tours, and reservations.

Qualifications
- 2+ years of concierge experience, preferably in a luxury hospitality environment; Les Clefs d’Or USA is a plus.
- Knowledge of Santa Fe and New Mexico is required or highly beneficial.
- Proficiency in computer navigation and applications including KEY, Opera, Book 4 Time, Outlook and basic data entry.
- Flexible schedule; availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Create memorable guest experiences using authentic local knowledge and personality.
- Handle guest interactions with hospitality and professionalism; accommodate special requests and changes.
- Answer guest inquiries with knowledge of the resort, Santa Fe, and surrounding areas.
