The role emphasizes strong communication, professional demeanor, and reliability, with long hours and ability to lift up to 75 pounds. Experience in hospitality or events is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience in the AV industry.
• Experience with AV set-ups and strikes.
• Background in customer service or hospitality.
• Certification in AV technology or related courses preferred.
• Proficiency with AV equipment: audio, video, lighting.
• Advanced knowledge of PC and Mac software.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day AV office functions.
• Set up, operate, and strike all audiovisual sets.
• Provide outstanding customer service to clients.
• Maintain professional appearance and company image.
• Utilize company software for operations and scheduling.
• Communicate effectively with hotel partners and team.
