Job summary

Five-Star AudioVisual, Inc. in Big Sky, MT is seeking an energetic AV Assistant to support day-to-day operations of the AV office. You will assist with setup, operation, and strike of equipment for client functions, and help maximize client service, efficiency, and profitability.

The role requires at least one year in AV, familiarity with AV setups, and strong hospitality experience. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work varied hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year's experience in the AV industry.
• Experience with AV set-ups and strikes.
• Background in customer service or hospitality required.
• Certification in AV technology or related courses preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service for events and clients.
• Set up, operate, and strike audiovisual systems for functions.
• Support daily AV office operations and maintain professional appearance.
• Work to increase AV knowledge and skills continually.
