Five-Star AudioVisual, Inc. is a boutique AV provider serving the hospitality industry, seeking a part-time team member to support daily office functions and client services.

You will set up, operate, and strike AV equipment for hotel events, while delivering outstanding service, maintaining professional presentation, and collaborating with a small, dedicated team. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States and able to lift up to 50 pounds and handle varied event schedules.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience in the AV industry.
• Experience with AV setup and strike of equipment.
• Background in customer service or hospitality.
• Certification in AV technology preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work long hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day functions of the audiovisual office.
• Set up, operate, and strike all audiovisual sets.
• Provide outstanding customer service and maintain client relations.
• Maintain professional appearance and communication standards.
• Plan ahead and manage multiple projects.
• Utilize company software.
