Crown Automotive Group is seeking an experienced Service Advisor for Mercedes-Benz of Dublin. You will interact with customers, technicians, and managers to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction. Earning potential ranges from $80,000 to $125,000+ per year, with top advisors earning over $150,000.

Qualifications

• MINIMUM One Year of Experience as an automotive service advisor (Mercedes-Benz or luxury brand experience a plus)
• Basic knowledge of automotive repairs
• Proficient on the computer
• Provide non-technical explanation of repairs to customers
• Be able to pass pre-employment background checks and have a valid driver license

Responsibilities

• Meet predetermined service sales objectives
• Meet predetermined CSI objectives
• Schedule service appointments and collect vehicle data
• Greet customers and obtain vehicle information
• Write up and enter repair notes clearly
• May test drive vehicles
• Recommend additional necessary service
• Provide cost estimates for labor and parts
• Explain completed work to customers
• Maintain quality control processes
• Other duties as needed
