Qualifications

• Prior sales experience preferred (automotive sales a plus)
• Passion for delivering an exceptional, high-end customer experience
• Interest in luxury products and learning the Audi brand
• Strong desire to succeed with strong negotiation skills
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Must have or acquire a California Vehicle Salesperson License if involved in vehicle sales

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with consultative selling to help select a vehicle and purchase decisions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new models, and competitive offerings to communicate product advantages.
• Build and maintain relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Demonstrate proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools to manage customer interactions.
• Address customer complaints or concerns to ensure high satisfaction.
• Take ownership of the customer experience by completing tasks that help the dealership create a positive impression.
