Qualifikationen

• Luxury car sales experience required.
• Experience with Lexus, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Maserati, Jaguar or Land Rover desirable.
• Professional appearance and CSI history.
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
• Clean driving record and background check required.

Aufgaben

• Greet clients and offer assistance in showroom or lot.
• Help clients select a vehicle by asking questions and explaining options.
• Explain depreciation, equity, and vehicle benefits to clients.
• Ensure sales orders and paperwork comply with company policies.
• Introduce clients to Service Department and schedule service appointments.
• Follow up after delivery to exceed client expectations.
