Qualifications

• Must have a proven background in retail sales and/or customer service.
• Background using selling, training, and/or explaining technology and complex features and processes to customers.
• Proficient with MS Office product suite.
• Ideal candidate has experience in Luxury Customer Care/Customer Service Position.
