The role supports the Service Manager and leads teams to optimize technician productivity, profitability, and compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of automotive service leadership in a franchised dealership environment.
• Strong understanding of service operations, repair orders, and customer service best practices.
• Experience with OEM warranty processes and dealership compliance.

• Lead and support service operations alongside the Service Manager.
• Drive exceptional customer experiences and maximize technician productivity.
• Coach and develop service advisors, technicians, and staff while monitoring KPIs.
