Ingersoll Automotive of Danbury is seeking a Service Consultant to join a state-of-the-art facility. You will be the front-line liaison between guests and the service team, translating technical needs into clear recommendations and guiding customers through repairs with transparency.

The ideal candidate brings automotive service writing experience, excellent communication, and comfort with modern CRM/DMS tools (Tekion, CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds).

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive service writing.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient with dealer management systems and CRM tools.
• Ability to translate technical details into clear recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Represent our brand as the primary liaison between guests and the service department.
• Translate complex technical needs into clear, actionable advice.
• Utilize dealership management systems to track repairs and manage schedules.
• Build long-term trust by advocating for customers’ vehicle health.
