Job summary

Ingersoll Automotive of Danbury is seeking a Service Consultant to serve as the primary liaison between guests and the service department in a state-of-the-art facility. You will translate complex technical needs into clear guidance and communicate effectively throughout the service process.

You will use Tekion, CDK, or Reynolds & Reynolds CRM/DMS systems to track repairs, manage schedules, and provide real-time updates while building long-term trust and delivering a premium brand experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive service writing.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable navigating modern CRM and DMS platforms (Tekion, CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds).
