Job summary

Jaguar Land Rover Columbia is seeking a polished Luxury Service Advisor to be the primary contact for clients in our service department. You will greet guests, document concerns, prepare detailed repair orders, and coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate repairs and on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate has prior service-advisor experience, preferably with luxury brands, and excels in clear communication, meticulous organization, and accountability.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive service advisor experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience with luxury or high-line brands is advantageous.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, including phone etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with professionalism, warmth, and urgency.
• Document concerns and perform a thorough service walk-around.
• Prepare repair orders and communicate maintenance recommendations clearly.
• Provide proactive updates on timing, cost, or scope during service.
• Review technician findings and photos before presenting options.
• Explain repairs honestly to build trust with clients.
• Obtain authorization and maintain repair documentation.
• Coordinate with technicians, parts, warranty staff, and management.
• Monitor progress and meet promised completion times.
• Review completed work and charges at delivery.
