Job summary

Jim Coleman Automotive seeks an experienced Luxury Automotive Service Advisor to join our team in West Columbia. You will greet customers, document service needs, prepare repair orders, and communicate with technicians and clients to deliver a tailored, high-end service experience.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in a high-line dealership, excellent communication skills, and a professional, customer-focused approach; Jaguar Land Rover experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Service Advisor experience in a high-line/luxury automotive dealership required.
• Jaguar Land Rover experience preferred, but not required.
• Proven success in customer satisfaction and service sales.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Professional, polished, and customer-focused.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership environment.

We are looking for a proven Service Advisor with high-line/luxury automotive dealership experience who understands the level of communication, professionalism, and personalized service luxury clients expect.

Jaguar Land Rover experience is a plus, but NOT required.
