Qualifications

• Previous automotive Service Advisor experience required.
• Dealership experience strongly preferred.
• GM/Cadillac experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Professional, polished presence.
• Confident in recommending maintenance and repairs.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• A team player who takes pride in delivering an outstanding guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact between guests and the Service Department.
• Greet customers professionally and build lasting relationships.
• Write accurate repair orders and clearly explain recommended services.
• Communicate vehicle concerns, repair timelines, and costs with confidence.
• Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle needs.
• Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the repair process.
• Work closely with technicians and management to ensure an efficient workflow.
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience that reflects the Cadillac brand.
