indiGO Auto Group’s Desert European Motorcars Exotics dealership in Rancho Mirage, CA seeks a full-time Service Advisor to join a fast-paced, luxury environment. You will greet customers, document concerns, and manage repair orders with a focus on CSI and sales performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a service advisor role.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and record concerns to generate a work order.
• Track status of open repair orders and update customers and dispatchers.
• Explain repair orders and warranty coverage.
• Schedule maintenance and follow up with customers for appointments.
• Close tickets and notify customers when vehicles are ready.
