Job summary

Hanania Automotive Group is seeking a Service Advisor for the Infiniti Service Department in Jacksonville, FL. You will be the link between customers and technicians, ensuring a seamless, transparent service experience and building lasting relationships with luxury car owners.

Qualified applicants will have prior automotive service advisor experience, strong customer service and sales skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as an automotive Service Advisor preferred.
• Infiniti, Nissan, or luxury/import dealership experience is a plus.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Strong sales and relationship-building abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with dealership management systems and technology is preferred.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Must pass background check and hair follicle drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Act as the liaison between customers and service technicians to ensure a seamless, transparent visit.
• Assist customers in identifying service needs and explaining recommended repairs.
• Present and upsell service options with a focus on the customer experience.
