Job summary

BMW of Denver Downtown seeks an experienced Automotive Salesperson to assist customers in vehicle purchases, present models, and ensure a positive buying experience. Your enthusiasm for cars and superb communication will drive sales.

You will guide customers through the sales process, discuss financing and trade-ins, and negotiate deals in a transparent, customer-focused manner. Expect a competitive compensation package and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• At least 2-5 years of luxury dealership sales experience.
• BMW brand experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to sell a minimum quota according to dealership standards.
• Minimum 2 years of success in commission-based sales within a client-focused environment.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals in a competitive market.
• Strong ability to build lasting client relationships through professionalism and personalized service.
• Skilled in consultative sales techniques, including needs assessment, tailored presentations, objection handling, and closing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand customers' needs and preferences to recommend suitable vehicles.
• Conduct test drives to showcase features and performance.
• Stay up-to-date on features, specifications, and pricing of all available vehicle models to provide accurate information.
• Guide customers through the sales process, including vehicle selection, financing options, and trade-ins.
• Negotiate and finalize sales agreements in a transparent and customer-friendly manner.
• Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers for potential repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with other sales team members and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
• Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.
• Utilize effective sales techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
