BMW of Denver Downtown in Denver, CO seeks an E-Sales Agent / Internet Sales to engage with customers pursuing new or pre-owned vehicles. The role focuses on generating sales appointments and driving traffic to the dealership through internet inquiries and calls, delivering a premium customer experience.

Compensation ranges from $60,000 to $85,000, with training and competitive benefits. Evening and weekend availability is required and a strong team approach is fostered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year call center or sales focused experience.
• Authorized to work in the USA.
• Valid Driver's License and good driving record.
• Ability to pass pre-employment testing (background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report).

Responsabilités

• Answer inbound phone calls, internet inquiries, and chats.
• Provide guests with timely, relevant responses to address questions.
• Facilitate providing guests price and purchasing information.
• Provide payment options and quotes.
• Generate sales and acquisition appointments.
• Manage organizers to stay up to date with follow up of all active guests.
• Maintain understanding of KPIs.
