Grubbs Volvo Cars - Grapevine is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Automotive Sales Consultant to represent Volvo, delivering a personalized premium experience from first contact through delivery.

You’ll guide clients through Volvo models, test drives, and financing options, maintain product knowledge, and achieve monthly sales goals while upholding exceptional customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in automotive sales; luxury brand experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build lasting client relationships and close sales.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Volvo brand with passion, professionalism, and product expertise.
• Conduct needs assessments to match clients with the right vehicle—new or certified pre-owned.
• Provide demonstrations and test drives highlighting performance, luxury, and innovation.
• Deliver a concierge-level sales experience from initial consultation to final vehicle handover.
• Maintain expert knowledge of all Volvo models, packages, technology, and financing options.
• Utilize CRM to manage leads, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with Finance & Insurance to complete deals accurately and efficiently.
• Stay up to date with product training and certification programs.
• Achieve monthly sales goals and maintain high customer satisfaction scores.
