Qualifications

• Proven track record in automotive sales; luxury brand experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional demeanor.
• Familiarity with automotive CRM platforms and digital lead engagement.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Volvo brand with passion, professionalism, and product expertise.
• Conduct needs assessments to match clients with the right vehicle—new or certified pre-owned.
• Provide demonstrations and test drives highlighting performance, luxury, and innovation.
• Deliver a concierge-level sales experience from initial consultation to final vehicle handover.
• Maintain expert knowledge of Volvo models, packages, technology, and financing options.
• Utilize the CRM to manage leads, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with Finance & Insurance to complete deals accurately.
• Stay up to date with product training and certification programs.
• Achieve monthly sales goals and maintain high customer satisfaction.
