Job summary

The Friedkin Group is seeking a Sales Consultant for Lexus of Henderson to guide buyers from inquiry through ownership. You will work to understand customer needs, demonstrate vehicles, and present available financing options while upholding the company values and training standards.

This role emphasizes customer relationships, high integrity, and a performance-driven environment with support for ongoing sales training and a commission-based pay structure.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Is legally able to work in the United States
• Must have a driver's license and maintain insurability
• Pre-employment drug screen
• Must be able to obtain a Nevada Sales License

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and sell new Lexus and pre-owned vehicles, as well as financial services offered by the dealership.
• Develop a thorough knowledge of Lexus products and services, current inventory of vehicles, and competitive vehicles and services.
• Exceed customer satisfaction goals by providing exceptional service.
• Attend all required training classes and demonstrate a high level of professionalism.
• Conduct all business with honesty, integrity and in accordance with Our Values, Code of Business Conduct and our Polices & Procedures
