The role emphasizes building lasting relationships, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with finance and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction from first contact to post-sale support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Previous sales experience in luxury automotive sales is highly desirable.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Customer-centric mindset with a passion for building relationships and delivering exceptional service.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Proficiency with dealership software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and build rapport to understand needs and preferences for Mercedes-Benz and BMW vehicles.
• Maintain knowledge of Mercedes-Benz product line, features, specs, and financing options.
• Conduct vehicle presentations and demonstrations highlighting key benefits.
• Assist customers in formulating financing options and ensure a smooth purchasing process.
• Follow up with prospective buyers to answer questions and guide decisions.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by management.
• Collaborate with finance and service departments for a seamless customer experience.
• Stay informed about market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies.
• Participate in dealership events and promotions to maximize sales opportunities.
• Maintain professionalism and highest standards of customer service.
