Mercedes-Benz of Music City, a Dream Motor Group luxury retailer in Nashville, seeks a Luxury Sales Consultant. Representing the Mercedes-Benz brand, you will build relationships, guide clients from inquiry to purchase, and deliver an exceptional luxury retail experience.

With at least 2 years of automotive sales, strong communication, and CRM proficiency, you will maintain product knowledge, drive opportunities, and work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years automotive retail sales experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver a premium customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop a daily work plan focused on appointments, follow-up, prospecting, and client engagement.
• Deliver an exceptional luxury retail experience in every client interaction.
• Maintain 100% documentation of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Follow dealership sales processes, policies, and procedures.
• Protect and promote the Mercedes-Benz of Music City brand and integrity.
