Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in dealership sales or equivalent customer-facing sales.
• Experience selling luxury brands preferred (Lexus).
• Ability to meet dealership sales quotas and targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bi-lingual: Filipino/Tagalog or Chinese is a plus.
• Authorized to work in the USA; valid driver’s license; clean MVR.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand needs and preferences.
• Conduct test drives to showcase features and performance.
• Stay up-to-date on model features, pricing, and availability.
• Guide customers through the sales process including financing and trade-ins.
• Negotiate and finalize sales agreements with transparency.
• Follow up after sale to ensure satisfaction and referrals.
• Build relationships for repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Attend sales meetings and training to improve product knowledge.
• Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.
