• Guide guests through Mercedes-Benz lineup, linking engineering and technology to buyer priorities.
• Present vehicles and conduct test drives to showcase the brand experience.
• Maintain guest pipeline via consistent follow-up and CRM use.
• Collaborate with finance and management to deliver transparent purchases.
• Meet monthly targets while upholding high guest satisfaction.
