Job summary

Lexus of Marin is seeking a Salesperson to assist customers with their vehicle purchase, providing information about available models, and ensuring a positive buying experience. Your enthusiasm for automobiles and excellent communication skills will contribute to the success of our sales department.

The role includes greeting customers, test drives, explaining features and pricing, guiding through financing and trade-ins, and working toward sales targets while delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years dealership sales or customer-facing sales experience.
• Lexus or luxury brand high line experience.
• Ability to sell a minimum quota according to dealership standards.
• High end/luxury customer service and excellent communication skills.
• Enthusiasm for automobiles and a genuine interest in helping customers.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Bi-lingual: Filipino, Tagalog, or Chinese speaking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers to understand needs and preferences and recommend suitable vehicles.
• Conduct test drives to showcase features and performance.
• Stay up-to-date on features, specifications, and pricing of all models.
• Guide customers through sales process, financing options, and trade-ins.
• Negotiate and finalize sales agreements transparently and customer-friendly.
• Follow up with customers after sale to ensure satisfaction.
• Build and maintain relationships for repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with sales team and departments for a seamless experience.
• Participate in sales meetings and training to enhance product knowledge.
• Work toward achieving individual and team sales targets.
