Qualifications

• 1+ years success in automotive sales, luxury retail, hospitality, financial services, or another relationship-driven sales environment.
• Strong communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
• Self-motivated with the drive to exceed goals and maximize earning potential.
• Comfortable utilizing CRM tools, technology platforms, and digital sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through every step of the vehicle purchase process.
• Demonstrate Audi vehicle features, technology, performance capabilities, and model options.
• Present financing solutions, protection products, and dealership services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with current, previous, and prospective customers.
• Conduct consistent follow-up to support customer satisfaction and retention.
• Accurately track customer interactions using CRM and dealership management systems.
• Stay informed on Audi products, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs.
