Tom Wood Jaguar, Land Rover, Volvo in Indianapolis is seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to build and manage personal luxury-auto business while contributing to a high-performing team. You will drive premium sales and uphold Tom Wood's standards in every deal.

The role requires a proven track record in automotive sales, a polished appearance, and excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a clean driving record expected.

Qualifications

• MUST have sales experience in automotive sales.
• Advanced knowledge of the luxury industry.
• Familiarity with highline automobiles is advantageous.
• Positive attitude and proactive mindset.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Proficiency in basic MS Office applications, computer software, and internet navigation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation abilities.
• Polished presentation skills.
• REQUIRED-Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Satisfy the unique transportation needs of new/pre-owned purchasers of luxury vehicles.
• Consistently execute the Tom Wood Group sales process for every transaction, exceeding guest expectations.
• Successful completion of all manufacturer and Tom Wood Group training for product and process
• Maintain a professional business appearance and work ethic
• Consistently review and analyze all sales and supporting actions/activities to determine how to better utilize personal resources, allowing for continuous improvement in serving the Tom Wood guest
• Other duties as assigned
