Qualifications

• Prior sales experience in luxury automotive or high-end retail.
• Impeccable presentation and client-service skills.
• Passion for premium brands and craftsmanship.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented.
• Experience with Dealer Management Systems (DMS).

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through the vehicle purchase process with professionalism.
• Demonstrate vehicle features, specifications, and performance.
• Deliver a concierge-level experience tailored to each client’s needs.
• Maintain showroom presentation and brand alignment.
• Collaborate with finance, service, and management teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
