LAcarGUY is seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Consultant for our Lexus Santa Monica team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in automotive sales and a proven track record delivering a luxury buying experience.

Responsibilities include guiding customers through vehicle selection, communicating detailed specifications, and building lasting customer relationships. You will use CRM tools to track progress and ensure a positive, comprehensive guest experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of automotive sales experience is required.
• Strong desire to succeed with negotiation skills.
• Must have or obtain a California Vehicle Salesperson License and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers to find the perfect vehicle and deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Engage customers with consultative selling to help select a vehicle and purchase decision.
• Stay updated on industry trends and communicate product specs and advantages to customers.
• Build and maintain relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Demonstrate proficiency with CRM and sales tools to manage interactions and track progress.
• Address customer concerns promptly to maintain high service levels.
• Own the customer experience by completing related tasks to leave a positive dealership impression.
