The position requires a proven automotive sales track record, strong communication skills, and a flexible work schedule. With a focus on customer satisfaction and teamwork, you'll assist clients in vehicle selection and ensure smooth transactions.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in automotive sales preferred.
• Professional demeanor with strong communication skills.
• Must work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Prospect for new business and follow up with leads.
• Present and demonstrate vehicle features.
• Close deals and negotiate prices.
• Work closely with the Finance & Insurance team.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
• Maintain product knowledge and market trends.
• Complete necessary reports accurately.
