Responsibilities

• Deliver concierge-level luxury sales experience throughout ownership journey.
• Develop relationships to understand lifestyle, preferences, and needs.
• Educate clients on features, financing, leasing, and protection products.
• Collaborate with Sales Management and F&I to structure purchase/lease terms.
• Cultivate long-term relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Stay current on luxury market trends, products, and manufacturer programs.
• Consistently achieve or exceed individual sales goals.
