Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of experience in customer service-oriented, luxury or hospitality industry.
• Automotive industry experience preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the initial point of contact and brand ambassador for all guests.
• Conduct tailored vehicle presentations and test drives.
• Provide care through active anticipation of customer needs.
