Holman Motorcars is seeking a Luxury Sales Consultant in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The role focuses on delivering a world-class concierge experience, guiding discerning clients through vehicle options, financing, and customization, while building lasting relationships and guiding them along the ownership journey.

You will represent prestigious brands, stay current with market trends, and work with Sales Management & Finance teams to close purchases and leases, driving repeat business and referrals.

Qualifikationen

• Previous automotive sales experience; luxury sales experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and build long‑term client relationships.
• Professional presence with outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship‑management abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented luxury retail setting.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license with clean motor vehicle record.
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Additional education, sales training, or luxury retail experience is a plus

Aufgaben

• Deliver an exceptional, concierge-level experience that exceeds client expectations throughout every stage of the ownership journey.
• Develop meaningful relationships with clients to understand their lifestyle, preferences, and automotive needs.
• Serve as a trusted advisor by educating clients on vehicle features, performance, technology, customization options, financing, leasing, and protection products.
• Collaborate with Sales Management and Finance & Insurance (F&I) teams to structure and negotiate purchase and lease agreements.
• Cultivate long‑term relationships that drive repeat business, referrals, and client loyalty.
• Stay current on luxury automotive trends, competitor offerings, product knowledge, and manufacturer programs.
• Consistently achieve or exceed individual sales goals while contributing to the overall success of the dealership.
