Holman Enterprises is seeking a dynamic sales professional in the United States to lead vehicle sales operations. You will greet customers, perform needs analyses, demonstrate vehicles, and guide them through the purchase, lease, and financing process on the showroom floor and on the road.

You will negotiate prices and terms, inspect inventory, and support the Sales Manager with customer issues, aiming to close sales while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Prior sales / customer service experience preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Clean driving record or minimal violations.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all aspects of vehicle sales and related paperwork.
• Greets customers on the sales floor and performs needs analysis.
• Explains features, demonstrates vehicles, and negotiates price, lease, and rebates.
• Walks the lot to inspect inventory and delivers the vehicle to customers.
• Assist Sales Manager with customer problems and close sales.
