Qualifications

• Previous automotive sales experience preferred (luxury experience a plus).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to earn.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work evenings and Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in selecting and leasing or purchasing new and pre-owned vehicles.
• Present and demonstrate new Mercedes-Benz cars, SUVs, and Sprinter vans.
• Deliver an exceptional luxury customer experience from initial contact to delivery.
• Build and maintain a strong client base through follow-up and referrals.
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, features, and current incentives.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales and CSI objectives.
