Job summary

Open Road, a prestigious luxury automotive brand dealership, seeks an experienced Automotive Office Manager to oversee accounting, title/registration, deal processing, and compliance in a high-volume environment. The ideal candidate has extensive automotive office management experience, strong leadership, and meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Previous Automotive Office Manager, Dealership Office Manager, Automotive Accounting experience.
• Experience in an automotive dealership is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of dealership accounting and vehicle deal processing.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the dealership office and administrative functions.
• Manage and support accounting, billing, title, registration, and deal-processing activities.
• Review and maintain accurate vehicle sales and finance documentation.
• Ensure deals are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor funding, receivables, payables, and related dealership accounting functions.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and dealership policies.
• Work closely with Sales, Finance & Insurance, Service, Parts, and General Management.
• Supervise, train, and support office staff.
• Identify process improvements that increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of administrative tasks.
• Help ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the transaction process.
• Assist management with reporting, audits, reconciliations, and other dealership administrative needs.
