Qualifications

• Proven success as an Automotive F&I Manager in a luxury or high‑volume dealership.
• Strong track record of profitability, product penetration, and customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrated excellence in compliance with dealership, state, and federal regulations.
• Deep understanding of automotive lending, deal structures, and finance regulations.
• Professionalism and communication skills to serve a luxury clientele.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional finance performance while providing a luxury-level customer experience
• Present and secure financing, protection products, and aftermarket offerings with professionalism
• Maintain strong lender relationships and ensure full compliance with regulations
• Manage Contracts in Transit (CIT) with accuracy and accountability
• Achieve and maintain high CSI standards in line with Lexus expectations
• Collaborate with sales leadership to maximize profitability and efficiency
• Help build a culture of professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement
