Audi Omaha is hiring a Product Specialist to greet guests, personalize interactions, and guide them through the vehicle experience. You’ll present features, answer questions, and ensure a premium delivery when a purchase is finalized.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle.
Prior customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

Greets guests and creates an exceptional, professional Audi experience through phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
Personalizes every guest interaction with leads, inquiries, referrals, and walk-in guests.
Conducts vehicle feature and benefit presentations by assisting guests during test drives.
Maintains strong product knowledge across the Audi lineup to answer questions.
Coordinates and delivers Audi vehicles upon purchase completion for a premium delivery experience.
Assists guests with troubleshooting Audi technology and vehicle features.
Keeps current on Audi brand products by attending required product training.
