Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle.
• Prior customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests and creates an exceptional, professional Audi experience through phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
• Personalizes every guest interaction with leads, inquiries, referrals, and walk-in guests.
• Conducts vehicle feature and benefit presentations by assisting guests during test drives.
• Maintains strong product knowledge across the Audi lineup to answer questions.
• Coordinates and delivers Audi vehicles upon purchase completion for a premium delivery experience.
• Assists guests with troubleshooting Audi technology and vehicle features.
• Keeps current on Audi brand products by attending required product training.
