Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful automotive sales experience.
• Luxury or premium automotive sales experience preferred.
• Established book of business and repeat/referral customers preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales objectives.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor suited to a luxury brand.
• Excellent customer service and client follow-up abilities.
• High level of personal accountability and self-motivation.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Strong technology and CRM proficiency.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
• Deliver a premium, personalized sales experience that exceeds customer expectations.
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of Audi vehicles, technology, and ownership benefits.
• Prospect, develop, and grow a loyal client base through networking, referrals, and follow-up.
• Conduct vehicle presentations, demonstrations, and test drives.
