Ourisman Automotive Group in Urbana, MD is seeking an Audi Brand Specialist to deliver a premium sales experience aligned with the luxury reputation of Audi.

You will greet customers, assess needs, guide them through vehicle selection, test drives, financing, and closing while educating them on electric and hybrid features. Maintain showroom standards and follow up post-purchase to ensure satisfaction with a sophisticated customer experience.

Qualificações

• Sales experience in automotive or luxury retail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with dealership management software is a plus.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Understand customers' needs and preferences to recommend the best brand models and features.
• Guide customers through the sales process, including vehicle selection, test drives, financing and closing.
• Educate customers about Audi's features, including electric and hybrid technologies.
• Follow up with potential customers and leads to nurture relationships and encourage sales.
• Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to dealership performance.
• Prepare and process sales contracts, financing applications, and other required documentation accurately.
• Assist in maintaining showroom and lot presentation and vehicle display.
• Maintain contact with clients post-purchase to ensure satisfaction.
