Job summary

Art City Auto Body in Springville, UT is seeking a professional receptionist to be the first point of contact for customers, insurance partners, and vendors. You will help create an exceptional customer experience while supporting administrative functions of the collision repair facility.

Responsibilities include greeting clients, handling calls, scheduling, maintaining records, coordinating with service advisors and team, and keeping a welcoming reception area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, in person and over the phone.
• Manage incoming calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members.
• Schedule appointments and assist with intake of repair-related information.
• Maintain customer records and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Receive and distribute mail, deliveries, and other correspondence.
• Assist with data entry, filing, and report preparation.
• Coordinate communication between customers, technicians, estimators, and insurance partners.
• Support the team in maintaining a clean, organized reception area.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and elevate issues when appropriate.
• Assist Service advisors with A/R & Final Bills.
