• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications.

• On time and reliable; full-time.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person and by phone.
• Manage incoming calls and direct inquiries.
• Schedule appointments and collect repair intake.
• Maintain accurate customer records.
• Receive and distribute mail and deliveries.
• Assist with data entry and filing.
• Coordinate communication between customers, technicians, estimators, and insurers.
• Support a clean, welcoming reception area.
• Assist service advisors with A/R and final bills.
• Escalate customer concerns when needed.
