• 2+ years as a Make Ready Technician (apartment turns, property prep).
• 1+ year as a Maintenance Technician (service requests, repairs, troubleshooting).

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve service requests in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general maintenance.
• Prepare apartments for new residents (make ready turns) to luxury standards.
• Perform preventative maintenance and regular inspections.
• Maintain common areas and amenities to high standards.
• Document work using a mobile work order system.
• Communicate professionally with residents, vendors, and your team.
• Participate in an on-call rotation.
