Please note: To be considered, you must have at least 2 years of experience as a Make Ready Technician AND at least 1 year as a Maintenance Technician in multifamily, hospitality, or similar settings. Applicants without this minimum experience will not be considered.

What You'll Do:

• Required: 1 year as a Maintenance Technician (service requests, repairs, troubleshooting).
• Experience in multifamily, hospitality, or facilities maintenance strongly preferred.
• Confident working independently in occupied apartment homes.
• Strong troubleshooting skills - you solve problems, not just swap parts.
• Professional, dependable, and ready for a long-term opportunity.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
