Job summary

Two Light Luxury Apartments in Kansas City, MO is seeking a Facilities Manager to supervise comprehensive maintenance and repair operations across the community. The role requires hands-on skills in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and general building trades, while ensuring compliance with OSHA, ADA, and Fair Housing standards.

You will manage work orders, coordinate with residents and vendors, and maintain accurate maintenance records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Five plus years experience in related building maintenance.
• CPO certification preferred.
• EPA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine, preventative maintenance across the community.
• Diagnose and perform minor electrical, plumbing, and mechanical repairs.
• Maintain and document preventative maintenance records and work orders.
• Coordinate with residents, vendors, and management on repairs.
• Ensure safety compliance with OSHA, ADA and other laws.
