Job summary

Cordish Living in Kansas City is seeking a Facilities Manager for Two Light Luxury Apartments. You will supervise preventative maintenance, manage make-readies, and coordinate trades to keep the community safe and compliant.

The role requires five+ years in building maintenance, high school diploma or equivalent, and certifications (CPO, EPA) preferred. You will work on site at Two Light Luxury, performing inspections, repairs, and resident interactions while ensuring brand standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Five or more years of building maintenance experience.
• CPO and EPA certifications preferred.
• Strong knowledge of manual and electrical hand tools.
• Experience with property management software, Entrata preferred.
• Ability to read and follow instructions and management directives.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance across the community.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems.
• Complete make-readies and respond to work orders promptly.
• Maintain records of maintenance and safety inspections.
• Interact professionally with residents and vendors.
