Qualifications

• One year experience as a make ready technician and familiarity with basic building maintenance trades.
• Experience working in a high-rise building is preferred.
• Must know manual and electrical hand tools.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including off-shift hours and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on the building exterior and interior.
• Assist with general maintenance, repair, and construction tasks for the Distribution Center building.
• Install, maintain and repair building systems such as carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing, locksmith, and related trades.
