Qualifications

• CPO certification preferred.
• EPA certification preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in indoor/outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance throughout the community.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, A/C, appliances, and water systems.
• Complete all make-ready turns in a timely manner in accordance with policy.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and follow-up actions.
